The management team for High Sierra Dent Company consists of Dusty Clark, Owner and Master Technician, and Jim Clark, General Manager.

Dusty Clark, Owner and Master Technician

Dusty’s journey in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) began in 1996 with training at National Dent in Irvine, California. From the very beginning, he was drawn to the precision and craftsmanship the work demands.

In 2000, he moved to Dallas, Texas, to work as an independent technician with Dent Magic. During that time, he honed his skills alongside experienced techs and became highly proficient in repairing hail-damaged vehicles. As a result, his speed and precision improved dramatically. Eventually, he launched his first PDR business, serving dealerships, body shops, and private vehicle owners throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In addition, he built lasting relationships with clients that helped shape his future business values.

In 2005, Dusty returned home to the Reno/Tahoe area to be closer to family and founded High Sierra Dent Company — built on experience, quality, and a commitment to serving the local community with integrity. Since then, Dusty has become one of the most trusted paintless dent repair experts in Reno, NV, known for meticulous work and honest service.

Jim Clark, General Manager

Jim Clark owned and operated his own business for more than 25 years. He developed a computer catalog system for Automotive Electric Rebuilders and their suppliers and marketed it all over the United States and Canada. He is now the General Manager for High Sierra Dent Company.
